Buckingham based BCQ Group has acquired Hunts (Oxford) Holdings to
create a £15m+ print group. BCQ chairman Richard Knowles and Hunt’s Timon Colegrove shared a long-term respect for each other’s companies and believe the resultant “fit” will benefit both customers and staff and help the enlarged group to prosper.
Synergies already exist between the companies – both use the same MIS and workflow for instance.
Knowles said: “Each company is already individually strong with a great track record and the combined mix of high-end litho, digital, wide-format, warehousing, fulfilment, retail and online ability, will further enhance our already compelling offering to our enlarged client base.”
