Paragon Group has acquired Imprimus, formerly known as Stralfors UK. The latter is now part of the Paragon Customer Communications’ business in the UK.
Imprimus has an annual turnover of around £14m. Following its acquisition Paragon Group revenues will exceed 700m Euro during the coming financial year.
With locations at Redruth and Dartford Imprimus is said to enrich the operational capabilities of Paragon in the sphere of transactional communications.
