London Graphic Systems buys TPI
London Graphic Systems (LGS) has bought out London-based Turning Point Integration (TPI), provider of pre-media workflow software Dalim, and digital asset management software Xinet. Personnel from TPI will join LGS in Covent Garden and together will provide a complete workflow and colour management solution.
“LGS has long been a supporter of flexible software such as Dalim and Xinet”, said Lee Williams, technical director at LGS. “TPI operates in a niche market integrating and supporting workflow management software utilised by creative professionals. LGS will continue to support Dalim and Xinet technology and expand the commitment to existing LGS clients.”
“This combining of two highly complementary businesses will accelerate our growth in the pre-media segment, while complementing the company’s successful organic growth strategy,” said managing director Gordon Christiansen.
Steve Emerson, TPI director, added: “I’m excited to see the hard work of the team soon extended. The combination of TPI and LGS means we can provide additional services to clients as well as expand the reach of our expertise.”
