Digitall installs Roland VersaCAMM VS-540 into Rainbow Signs
Digitall, based in Newtownabbey, has installed a Roland DG VersaCAMM VS-540 into Rainbow Signs, a major supplier of signage to multi outlet chains such as KFC, Mace and the commercial sector in Northern Ireland. The new printer was bought as an upgrade to Rainbow Signs’ full colour graphics capability, particularly for the retail sector where it has a growing customer base both in North and Southern Ireland as well as the UK, Scotland and IOM.
Digitall’s managing director Alan Gourley, commented: “The Roland DG VS540 was supplied with Nazdar inks. Even though there are cheaper alternatives available in the marketplace Nazdar ink has proven itself. Digitall has installed many Roland printers in Northern Ireland and quite a lot of them have now been converted over to this ink.”
Roland DG boasts that the 54in wide VersaCAMM VS-540 printer/cutter is ideal for a range of print solutions from the smallest label or decal through to full width displays featuring a top print speed of 23.1m2/hr with the benefit of fast and accurate cutting technology. This print and cut versatility was what attracted Rainbow Signs.
