Zund is bringing DLC-coated router bits to the market. The coating reduces friction and increases wear resistance, particularly beneficial in routing applications involving aluminium, aluminium composites, wood, and PVC.

The new bits are optimised for use with Zund routing spindles and are available in diameters from 2 to 6 mm and for routing depths up to 22mm. They are also available with stop ring, which makes them suitable for use with the automatic tool changer ARC.
