Guandong has bought out a new OWV-polyester for applications on glass.
The third-generation micro-perforated film is the result of more than five years of research, and combines the benefits of classic one way vision in PVC with the versatility of polyester.
“The new OWV opens the gates to an almost unlimited range of new applications,” said new CEO Daniele Faoro. “Specifically designed to be applied on the inside of the glass, we have also paid special attention to ecological aspects.”
Made with partially recycled raw materials, the polyester contained in the new OWV is recyclable and similar to urban solid waste such as standard PET bottles. It has a guaranteed ageing resistance of over three years and is printable using any digital technology.
