Perspex Distribution (PDL) has expanded its range of UK-made media, and says more is in the offing due to increased demand. Recent research by business group Made in Britain, states that three-quarters of businesses are more likely to buy British to boost the economy post pandemic.
Alupanel A-Lite Latex is a new print substrate, available from PDL as of this month. PDL marketing manager, Luke Martyn, said: “Further new materials will be launched later in the year and we look forward to discussing these new substrates with printers seeking to expand their offering of green solutions.”
Martyn added: “Being UK manufacturers, our customer base understand the benefits of sourcing products originating locally. Using a UK supply chain where possible ensures optimum quality control from raw material to end products as well as fast availability for special requirements – a key benefit when customers are specifying bespoke projects. In addition to Perspex acrylic and aluminium composite, PDL also sells Polycarbonate, PET, PETG, PVC Foam and Solid PVC manufactured in the UK.
