Sappi is showcasing its renewable woodfibre products at the 2020 Plastic Free World Virtual Summit today and tomorrow.
The company is highlighting its products – from functional papers with integrated barrier technology and cellulose fibre derived from biocomposites through to paperboard with enhanced optics and premium specialty papers for the food and label industries.
Beth Cormier, Sappi North America’s VP research, development and sustainability is giving a presentation entitled ‘Extracting Value from Trees’, highlighting work Sappi is undertaking to create more sustainable and lower carbon alternatives.
