Durst is restructuring its label and flexible packaging segment. The current segment manager, Helmuth Munter, will retire at the end of 2021 and be succeeded in the role of global sales manager, label and flexible packaging, by Thomas Macina.
The native of South Tyrol comes from HP Indigo, where he was most recently labels business manager EMEA in Barcelona. He has been in an introductory phase at the Durst since February and will assume his role for the EMEA region in April. This will be followed in June by responsibility for global sales of label and flexible packaging products.
