Training Business Skills Qualifications starting January

The next round of the BPIF’s Business Skills Qualifications will start in January.

The following courses start on 27 January 2022: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2; Customer Service Practitioner Level 3; Business Administrator Level 3; Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3. Operations/Department Manager Level 5 starts on 17 February 2022.

Courses are delivered online with support from tutors that have had years of experience in the industry, and provide theoretical and practical learning.
