The BPIF will run a ‘Train the Trainer’ workshop on 25 October. The day is aimed at anyone wanting to learn more about the importance of coaching, mentoring and succession planning in the workplace.
The workshop will cover: the benefits of training, the importance of personal development, succession planning, learning styles, the different types of training, linking business values to training, measuring training and KPIs, barriers to training, emotional intelligence, the GROW model (coaching), non-verbal communication, giving and receiving feedback, equality and diversity in training, managing change, how to handle disruption and conflict.
The cost per delegate is £99 for members and £199 for non-members.
