HP is teaming up with Atech and Perfect Colours at the British Blind at Shutter Show (23-25 October, Coventry Building Society Arena) to showcase the capabilities of its HP Latex 700W and associated finishing technologies.
On the Atech stand HP and Perfect Colours teams will demonstrate how the HP Latex 700W can be used to print directly onto roller blind media. They will showcase an end-to-end process, with the material printed with an inkset including white, then with the roller blind being cut on a Matic M1 PC automated cutting table, which cuts all four sides and has additional ultrasonic cutting capability to seal the edges. The blind will then be finished on a Matic Hera 4000 fully automatic impulse welder.
“This machine is one of the most flexible printer models on the market and allows users to take on all sorts of work and applications, including niche, profitable jobs such as printing blinds,” said Michael Lewis, LF pro channel manager, HP. “We are very much looking forward to meeting with visitors at the 2022 BBSA show and showcasing the many qualities of the HP Latex 700W.”
