Imageco and its customer Fedcap – a not-for-profit organisation delivering employability services across the UK – have planted 59 trees to help offset the environmental impact of new office signage.
Fedcap’s procurement and property team participated in the PSPs tree planting day with the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust last week.
Nathan Swinson Bullough, MD Imageco, said of the move: “We have been working with Fedcap for a few years now, rebranding their offices with our fantastic product Eco Wall Canvas wallpaper and other signage. The Eco Wall Canvas material is made up of recycled plastic. I had an idea a few years ago to plant a tree per 10m2 we produced, so it’s lovely to see that the idea came to life.
“The Fedcap team planted 59 trees la and have recycled 2579 plastic bottles whist creating their new spaces. More needs to be done like this to give that little something back to our planet that we are all guilty of damaging. Great work Fedcap.”
