The credit crunch is having an impact on every business at the moment, but it also offers opportunities which must be exploited to enable continued growth.
Where do you see the greatest wide-format opportunities?
Fast turnaround and customer service are key as more and more printers diversify into wide-format and the market becomes more competitive. Customers are looking for added-value along with cheap prices!
What would make your day-to-day operations easier?
A single MIS that could handle the various types of print we handle in a jobbing format and a delivery vehicle with time travel capability for those really urgent jobs.

What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given?
You can’t do enough for a good customer.
What are you most proud of achieving?
Reaching fatherhood status. You don’t get anything for your mantlepiece, but it’s a great feeling.
What lesson does the wide-format print sector need to learn?
Investment in new technology has driven innovation in this sector. Businesses will now need to focus on new products and services without the heavy investment of the last few years.
