Royal Mail has set a record for one of the biggest ever orders placed with Vivid – for four VeloBlade Nexus wide-format digital die-cutting systems.
The VeloBlade Nexus 2516 systems were installed in one week in March – two in the Royal Mail’s super hub in Warrington and the other two at its Northampton super hub. The systems – each with front-end stack auto-feeders for full system automation – will initially be used for the manufacture of York sleeves for Royal Mail’s roll containers.
