Antalis has signed a binding offer to acquire the Poland-based Integart Group subject to conditions, including the approval of the Polish competition authority.
Established in 1994, the Integart Group offers a range of large-format printing materials, textiles, interior design solutions and machinery for various industries such as media, interior design and construction. It has offices in Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as its HQ in Poland, and had a consolidated turnover of 42m Euro and more than 200 employees in 2022.
Hervé Poncin, Antalis CEO, said: “The acquisition of the Integart Group will strengthen our market position in Eastern Europe and enhance the execution of our growth plan in the visual communication market.”
“Joining the Antalis group will make us a stronger player in the market and allow us to expand internationally”, added Sławomir Kot-Zaniewski, president of Integart.
