Atlantic has been appointed a SignRacer UV printers reseller and service support agent and will work alongside the current UK distributor NDI to develop UK sales of the large-format flatbed, roll-to-roll and hybrid machines.
Atlantic will, under this new agreement, also sell the Greenguard certified range of SignRacer OEM premium hard and flexible CMYK, Lc, Lm, Lb, orange, violet, and white inks, varnish and a dedicated primer. The low viscosity inks formulation run at 38-40 degrees centigrade to extend the life of the printheads.
The Swiss SignRacer brand has R&D centres in Switzerland and Italy, with production undertaken in Germany. The SignRacer UV flatbed models –Â from the 1610 up to 3020 – offer printing with either Ricoh Gen 6 or Kyocera KJ4A printheads to enable printing on to most media up to 400mm thick, with High Bridge models including 3D Printing.
The SignRacer range also offers UV roll-to-roll and hybrid options, with print widths from 1800mm and up to 3200mm, right up to the 3200 Turbo which produces print speeds up to 156m2/h.
