swissQprint is celebrating the installation of its 100th machine in the UK as Stocksigns takes delivery of its latest Impala flatbed printer. The PSP – which has been using a first-generation Impala since 2010 – anticipates that the new Impala 4 will half production times and double capacity for its health and safety, statutory and construction site signage.
Stocksigns’ group production manager David Cload said: “Having used our Impala for many years, we’re delighted to be the proud owners of swissQprint’s 100th machine in the UK. We are confident that it will continue to deliver high-impact signage while significantly reducing our environmental impact.”
With a reduction in energy consumption to 2.2 kWh, the fourth-generation Impala brings increased sustainability and productivity to Stocksigns. Also, the solvent and VOC free UV-curable inks used on the CMYK plus white machine are Greenguard Gold certified.
