Premier Paper Group has added a new aluminium composite material to its range – eTEC ACM.
The new media comes in three grades. eTEC ACM 1D combines a matt white digital paint surface, for good ink adhesion and colour reproduction, with an off-white primer reverse. eTEC ACM 2D, has the same properties as the 1D but is a two-sided product. eTEC ACM 2D is available in matt and gloss white digital paint surfaces.
Both the 1D and 2D grades can withstand essential finishing processes such as drilling, sawing, cutting, and routing. In comparison, eTEC ACM 3D is the most premium product within the new range and is available in a range of colours including a standard white digital paint, a deep jet black with high gloss and smooth matt finish or a textured brushed silver with primer reverse. In addition to adhering to the standard drilling, sawing, cutting, and routing, eTEC ACM 3D’s 0.3mm skins allow It to be v-cut and folded with no paint cracking.
The product is available in sheet sizes of 1220mm x 2440mm and 1500mm x 3050mm.
