Canon UK and Ireland has appointed Kathryn Scott as its new HR director. She replaces Debbie Brown who, after seven years, has moved internally to a new role as EMEA HR director, DRBG.

Prior to joining Canon, Scott held roles at Cisco, Imimobile, Antenna International, Sky and T-Mobile. She said of her new position: “Canon has a solid foundation of great HR initiatives and is clearly achieving business goals as a result of great teamwork. I’m looking forward to working with my team and all the people leaders to nurture the talent we have. It’s an exciting time to join Canon, and I’m optimistic about what we can achieve together for our employees.”
