Anton Schaaf is to be president and CEO of Océ, succeeding Rokus van Iperen who becomes president and CEO of Canon EMEA, responsible for Canon sales and marketing activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Schaaf’s appointment is expected to be approved at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on 17 April, where Ernst-Jan Minnema is expected to be approved as new CFO of Océ too.
