The Printing Charity has officially recognized one of its trustees – Fiona Morris – with a Pro Merito Award at its 185th Annual Luncheon at Stationers’ Hall in London.
Morris, a trustee since 2004, is a member of the charity’s Investment Committee and was also Deputy Chairman for four years. She led on the charity’s two-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with City University’s Cass Business School, the first of its kind with a charity, which resulted in the charity’s adopting best practice from the commercial sector and developing a customer-focused range of services.
Morris said: “I am delighted to accept the Pro Merito Award and would like to thank all the staff and Trustees who have worked so tirelessly with me to ensure that The Printing Charity is able to face the challenges of the 21st century.”
