Management buy-out at Duraweld
Duraweld managers Hannah Senior and husband Mark Yeung have bought the company from Richard Senior. Hannah Senior, Richard’s daughter, becomes chief operating officer and Yeung its finance manager. Richard, who has led the company since 1972, will be staying on as a consultant for the next three years.
