Callprint is continuing its heavy investment programme with an Océ Arizona 480GT and 480XT as part of its Saffron Hill hub upgrade. The new printers are expected to improve productivity and workflow at the facility where the print room is being revamped. The storage area within Saffron Hill has also been increased to help utilise space.
The Oce kit follows two new HP wide-format printers installed at the site in August, the 1.52m wide HP Designjet Z6800 printers replacing two Canon iPF9000 machines that have been moved to Callprint’s sites in Manchester and Birmingham.
Callprint group managing director, Steve Cheek, said: “This upgrade will significantly increase the capacity and productivity of our large format hub in central London which will help us to reach the growth we are aiming for.”
