Franchisees of Signs Express (Portsmouth) Jane Wiles and Ray Allenby, have been announced as finalists in the British Franchise Association, Customer Service Franchisee of the Year 2016 award. The winners will be announced on 29 September at the BFA Awards Gala in Birmingham.
