Fespa and Esma have partnered to launch a conference aimed at industrial printers, manufacturers and brand owners. The first Industrial Print in Production conference will take place 7 – 9 March 2017 in Hamburg, and will explore the use of print and related techniques within the manufacturing process.
The programme will address various market sectors including telecoms, automotive, aeronautics, architecture, white goods, healthcare, printed electronics and sports equipment. Speakers will be drawn from both the manufacturing and printing communities, with the aim of sharing informative and inspirational examples of how print can be used in production processes.
Roz McGuinness, Fespa divisional director, said: “With the launch of the Industrial Print in Production conference, we aim to fulfill a need identified in both Fespa’s and Esma’s communities, and to draw on the strengths and networks of both organisations.”

Peter Buttiens, Esma CEO added: “The event will set out to show the important role that industrial print can play in streamlining product design and production, enhancing process efficiency, reducing time to market for brand owners, adding functionality, and creating valuable new opportunities for product differentiation.”
