Newcomers added to Magco portfolio
Magco Plastics and Supplies has been appointed a distributor for the Trimalco range of large-format cutters. In addition, it is also now stocking Grafityp’s new Cast Carbon fibre film. David
Magliozzi, managing director of Magco, said: “Trimalco’s large-format cutting system comprises a number of interacting products which together offer a high degree of performance and accuracy at a price unmatched by any other supplier. The cutting head, which is common to all Trimalco cutter rails, includes a magnetic blade magazine which accepts standard utility and scoring blades. The system also includes as standard a 45mm textile cutting wheel and holder.”
As a Grafityp stockist for many years Magliozzi added that he was also excited about stocking the new Cast Carbon fibre film launched by Grafityp self-adhesive products in Belgium.
“The Grafityp CBB054Y Carbon black cast film gives a dry carbon look, though contrary to initial belief, it is not just a printed carbon fibre pattern, but in fact has a three-dimensional texture to it,” he said. “This allows it to reflect light the same way that real carbon fibre would, making it the best real-world alternative to carbon fibre when you just want the look without paying a ton of money.”
