Printing.ie announces two new projects
Printing.ie, one of Ireland’s most successful online printing and design companies, has announced two new projects – the installation of a 60in HP Designjet L25500 latex printer and sponsorship of the vehicle signage for the ‘Bee for Battens’ charity jeep.
The new machine investment was as a result of a requirement for a printer which would output graphics completely dry. Managing director, Stephen O’Sullivan, said: “We chose the 60in HP Designjet L25500 because we already had a HP 5500 in production and it never gave any issues. The main plus for this new machine was the fact that the print can be applied or laminated directly after printing as it is completely dry.
“Printing.ie covers the exhibition/display sector and is now making good progress into the signage market after expanding the business with a new larger unit based in Farranfore, purchased last year. The company’s involvement with the ‘Bee for Battens’ Charity was simply to help promote this excellent cause by sponsoring the graphic printing of the charity’s jeep which was printed and applied in-house at the new production facility.”
