Access Print Supplies re-launches Handi laminator
Access Print Supplies has re-launched the Handi laminator range of manual tools for sign makers supplied by Atech in the UK. The range consists of five styles all designed to laminate and mount pressure sensitive vinyl’s for small graphics.
Access Print Supplies, part of the Access Plastics Group located in Ashbourne, Co Meath, was established last year to specifically target the digital indoor and outdoor large-format markets for both water-based and solvent/UV curable products, including hardware and inks.
Although the Handi line of tools is not intended as an alternative to powered laminators the product line has many advantages explained Patrick King of Access Print Supplies. “The Handi laminator range basically makes it much easier to work with small graphics,” said King. “They are fast, simple tools for mounting, laminating as well as masking and with a starting price of ?120.00 are very affordable as well.”
The range consists of a Rivet tool which has a padded felt edge for going over obstacles such as rivets, a small sign tool for use on small signs that don’t require the graphic to be rolled up, a laminator tool for printed graphics that are otherwise to long to handle unless they are rolled up, a cut vinyl tool designed to apply transfer tape to cut vinyl, and the cradle tool for manual laminating.
