BASF has increased the price of its UV resins (Laromer product range) in the EMEA region by 3 – 10% depending on product type. The price hike for UV-resins – used for UV-curable inks, varnishes and coatings – takes place with immediate effect, or as existing contracts allow. The company said the continued increase in raw materials prices as well as Reach registration costs are the cause.
