Roland DG subsidiary DGShape has introduced the LD-300 laser decorator – a larger iteration of the LD-80.
The new machine, which can do all the earlier machine does plus imprint directly on to natural leather, allows personalisation on objects of various sizes. The working area of LD-300 is approximately 305mm x 230mm and it can accommodate objects up to 50mm in thickness. The bed can be removed for items up to 200mm. It can produce graphics and text using bundled MetazaStudio software.
