Diatec adds the Mutoh range to its sign and display portfolio
Diatec Graphic Arts has been appointed a Premium Partner for the Mutoh range of large-format printers in Ireland.
Primarily known as one of the country’s leading suppliers of HP’s range of CAD and large-format display graphic printers the addition of the Mutoh range to Diatec’s portfolio broadens its foothold in the solvent outdoor/indoor sign and display sector as well as the commercial print market. Mutoh plans to extend its presence in Ireland and the appointment of wide-format print specialist Diatec is intended to further develop its business throughout the country.
David Harpur, MD of Diatec, said: “Diatec is both proud and delighted to announce that it has been appointed as a Premium Partner for Mutoh Printers. The new agreement comes into effect on 1 October.”
Diatec will supply Mutoh equipment in both Northern and Southern Ireland in addition to its wide range of digital print media and Ink.
Kris Berghs, area sales manager, Mutoh added: “Diatec will sell Mutoh’s roll-to-roll printers with Bio Lactite inks, MS Ultra inks and Eco solvent inks. To offer complete solutions Diatec will also sell the Mutoh Kona cutters.
“Mutoh now feels that the time is correct to appoint a second dealer in Ireland and has every confidence that Diatec will help to increase sales of Mutoh’s roll-to-roll solvent and eco-solvent machines and expand the company’s market share in Ireland.”
