US-based S-One Holdings Corporation has acquired the Digiprint Supplies brand from Big Fish, based in Belgium. The acquisition includes certain Big Fish assets, including personnel, customers and supplier contracts.
Digiprint Supplies is now operating as an S-One subsidiary, Brand Management Group (BMG) Media Source Belgium. Established in 2007, the online supplier of printer parts for most brands of eco-solvent, solvent and UV digital wide-format printers, recognised the ease and power of the Internet to transform the way most wide-format printer parts, tools and accessories could be purchased. Its online store offering will continue to accessed at digiprint-supplies.com. Digiprint Supplies also operates a US subsidiary and warehouse in Miami.
