Recycled paper honeycomb manufacturer Dufaylite has launched Polyprop into its Ultra Board range as an eco-friendly alternative to MDF and plastics for the signage and POS markets.
Ultra Board Polyprop is made entirely from polypropylene, one of the most easily recycled plastics. With a honeycomb core and solid facings, it is lightweight and rigid across the entire board. Â
Speaking on the new product, Ashley Moscrop, Dufaylite group director, said: “We’re really excited to be broadening our Ultra Board range. The market has needed a product like Ultra Board Polyprop for some time as today’s industry professionals want something recyclable that covers all bases. Using our honeycomb technology, we’ve adapted our paper boards to create just that and we have every faith that Ultra Board Polyprop will be a success.”
