Eco Rock to offer ecological green solutions for POP and POS
3:Rock Signs has set up a new company, Eco Rock, to offer the signage market a a green solution based on the eco-smart Re-Board substrate supplied by Oriam Green UK.
The board is durable, lightweight and is of a sandwich construction, creating a light product with excellent strength properties and a special water-proofing layer which makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
Eco Rock’s production plant is located in Clondalkin, Dublin, and was created to address the growing issue of supplying the digital signage market with a fully recyclable green board alternative to be used as a construction material and communication medium using Re-Boards structural strength and great printing properties. The company also has a UK sales office based in Exchange Quay, Manchester, UK.
John O’Reilly, MD of Eco Rock said: “Eco Rock is the first company in Ireland to use Re-board to produce various different types of stands which can take weight such as counters, event tables, backdrops, window displays, full exhibition stands, and large standard and bespoke display units. It’s ideal for POS because we can offer our clients a customized shape which gives a high brand presence in store which is lightweight, yet strong and most importantly,ecofriendly!”
Re-board is a 100% recyclable and is constructed of a brown re-board core with a liner on both sides made up of 400gsm kraftliner, 20gsm HDPE and 60gsm coated silk paper.
