US-based eProductivity Software (ePS) has acquired UK MIS developer Tharstern.
Print and packaging production software technology company ePS said the move solidifies its position in the SMB print segment and will help drive geographical diversification of the business while adding new technologies to its portfolio.

Tharstern has hundreds of MIS customers, primarily in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, as well as in North America, Australia, and South Africa.
