Epson Europe collaborates with Ilford

Epson Europe has collaborated with Ilford to develop the Omnijet Display Trans Media Kit for the production of backlit displays.

In combination with Epson Stylus Pro large-format aqueous inkjet printers, Epson UltraChrome K3 or HDR inksets, the kit provides an alternative to traditional silver halide backlit displays. It comprises photo-quality translucent display film and two rolls of laminates for front and back hot lamination. The rolls are available in 127cm and 152cm widths to match traditional silver halide widths and are available in 40 metre lengths for optimal productivity. In addition, two levels of profiles have been developed for both Caldera and Onyx Rips to offer either maximum quality or maximum productivity depending on the final nature of the output.
