Epson set to thrill
Hall 10, stand C260 should attract visitors by the droves as Epson highlights its inkjet solutions for professional packaging, pre-press, photographic and display graphics.
Enjoying some of the limelight will be the Stylus Pro WT7900 inkjet printer. Launched last autumn amidst the fanfare of being the first printer to offer white water-based ink, it cast a dark but price-lighter shadow over existing Kodak Approval and Cromalin proofing systems.
Initially aimed at the packaging proofing market, this 24in wide printer that can output to flexible film, paper and metallic media is suitable for a number of apps including point of sale.
Epson will also be demonstrating its 64in Stylus Pro GS6000 eco-solvent type printer. Designed for both interior and exterior applications, this printer offers a very wide colour gamut courtesy of its UltraChrome GS inkset.
You can also expect to see the full range of Epson’s Stylus Pro printers showcasing photographic, fine art, poster and proofing applications in association with leading software partners.
