Essential business advice and knowledge sharing at Ipex 2010
Ipex organizers have made it almost impossible for visitors to justify non-attendance of the event this year. As well as a full roster of optimistic exhibitors, not to mention numerous significant product debuts, the show itself includes several new impressive features such as the Printers’ Profit Zone, The Great Print Debates and Knowledge Centre which collectively offer learning and educational opportunities, expert advice, practical help and serious interactive debate – all for free.
Other highlights include a special Print Automation Pavilion organised by CIP4 to highlight advances in print automation technology and some educational conference sessions presented by Xplor UK & Ireland, in conjunction with the BAPC.
The Printers for Profit Zone can be found in Hall 9, where visitors can take advantage of a free-of-charge seminar programme. Launched as a result of the findings of the comprehensive Ipex Global Print Survey, each session will offer practical advice such as growing sales, increasing profit margins and improving cashflow. Visitors are advised to reserve their places by registering in advance at www.ipex.org/ppz
Also in Hall 9 will be The Great Print Debates, a series of free of charge expert panel debates that are set to tackle some of the most critical issues currently facing the print industry. These look to be excellent value, and include audience interaction that always makes for a more spicy session. Over in the Knowledge Centre (Hall 11) visitors can seek advice from approximately 30 not-for-profit organizations about memberships, pensions, industry accreditation, best industry practice, print buying, educational matters and a whole lot more.
