FaberExposize UK has created a dedicated exhibitions unit and expanded its exhibitions client base having identified a growing print demand from the sector.
The Leeds-based company – which last year introduced a 24h, six days-a-week production schedule in recognition of the last-minute demands of this market – has installed an Avinci CX3200 dye-sublimation roll-to-roll printer, Klieverik GTC101-3500 calender, Zund G3 cutter and sewing stations within the new exhibitions unit which is operated by a team of print and finishing operators with exhibitions specialist Raj Dudwal and two project managers.
“Having a dedicated unit ready to respond to the needs of a key industry cements us a leading manufacturer of event and exhibition print. Because of the multiple dye-sub printers that we have, we can rapidly produce a variety of campaign materials on lightbox, blockout and voile,” said Iain Clasper-Cotte, MD of FaberExposize UK and Northern Flags.
Before the creation of the exhibitions unit, the large-format PSP completed a factory expansion with the purchase of an Agfa Jeti Tauro H3300 as well as the Zund G3 cutter, Klieverik calender and the installation of a new mezzanine floor dedicated to the pick and pack logistics of the business.
