New from Fujifilm comes XMF PressReady, a digital print production workflow system that helps manage print jobs from multiple sources and directs them to an appropriate digital press. It also allows PSPs to automate ordinary and repetitive tasks.
Controlling Fujifilm’s Revoria Press PC1120 is the Revoria Flow DFE, a front end system to manage Ripping, colour management, special colour control and more. When combined with the XMF PressReady workflow, it can completely automate the print workflow from order intake to printed product by preconfiguring and automating the flow of work through the Revoria Flow DFE.
Able to integrate seamlessly into a range of established workflow environments, XMF PressReady offers multiple workflows that can be configured to make production decisions based on size, quantity, media, and page count.
XMF PressReady is integrated with Fujifilm’s XMF workflow system, allowing print businesses to manage both offset and digital production via one integrated workflow.
Additionally, XMF PressReady integrates not only with Revoria digital presses, but any connected digital press using a Fiery DFE. This allows PSPs to manage digital presses from multiple vendors from one system, giving visibility of the print job status, the print job queue, media information, ink levels and much more.
