Image Reports champions wide-format at Ipex
The countdown to Ipex 2010, the largest English-speaking event for print, publishing and media, has well and truly begun, and here at Image Reports we will be bringing you regular e-bulletins in the run-up to the show which takes place from the 18-25 May at its regular haunt the NEC, Birmingham.
This time round, it’s no surprise that wide-format (currently one of the only sectors in the print industry enjoying growth) will be making a big impact at the show. At the back-end of last year, Ipex announced a number of wide-format heavyweights all making commitments to the event including Agfa, Canon, Durst, Epson, Fotoba, Fujifilm, HP, Kodak, Mimaki Engineering, Oc?, Roland, Screen, Vivid Laminating and Xerox.
Image Reports, which is producing the official Ipex 2010 Wide Format Trail Guide, will be highly visible at the NEC and will be running its own physical wide-format trail on three days of the show. Keep your eyes open for notice that online pre-registration is open for these tours, which will guide a controlled number of printers around interesting applications based innovations across the breadth of wide-format exhibitor stands.
The Ipex 2010 Wide Format Trail Guide will carry information on other suggested wide-format tours covering specific product types:
Printers Up to 2m wide
Printers between 2 to 3.5m wide
Printers of 5m and above.
Image Reports will also be carrying regularly updated information on Ipex within a special microsite located on the Image Reports website at www.imagereportsmag.co.uk
