New from Intec is the FB9000Pro automatic digital die flatbed cutter.
The dieless system – which handles media up to 55 x 85cm and up to 1000 microns – has a dual tool head with up to 1.2kg cutting and 1.5kg creasing power. The top speed is 1,200mm/s.
There is a 2,000 sheet/25kg capacity auto-feeder with pneumatic suction pickup, and the machine can handle portrait and landscape sheet-fed orientation.
A high resolution Vision3 CCD camera scans registration marks and can read QR codes to identify and automatically retrieve the associated cutting file from the ColorCut Pro’s Job Library.
