Intec has launched a new B1+ flatbed cutter as part of the ColorCut range. The FB1175 handles sheets up to 80cm x 110cm, with a maximum effective cutting area of up to 75cm x 109cm.
The new cutter incorporates a dual tool cutting head delivering up to 1.5kg pressure for creasing and 1.2kg for cutting. It cuts through up to 1,000 micron paper/card and runs at up to 120cm/second.
The machine comes with an upgraded registration system for improved multiple sheet cutting – the Vision3 CCD camera will auto find the position of each sheet. It cuts mixed jobs using QR coded auto job recognition to automatically retrieve associated cut files.
