Montreal-based Lamcom Technoloigies has installed the first HP Latex 2700W in Canada. The new printer is expected to help the business expand its white ink, banner, and soft signage textile capabilities and strengthen its eco credentials.
The 3.2m wide device – which runs at up to 89m2/hr via symmetrical double printheads – will allow Lamcom to take on high-margin jobs with 30% wider gamut at high speed, preserving media gloss and feel across a range of signage and décor applications.
Lamcom will expand its use of HP’s Print OS software to ensure its team realise the full potential of the firm’s new hardware.
