Magco launches the Mutoh Zephyr in Ireland
The new Mutoh Zephyr 64 is now available to view at the Magco premises in Dublin. The Zephyr is a CMYK 64in (165cm) professional UV inkjet printer designed for roll-to-roll and rigid board printing incorporating four high-end Xaar variable drop printheads, offering enhanced image quality combined with high productivity.
Magco managing director David Magliozzi, said: “The Zephyr 64 offers five production speeds with a top engine speed of 45m2/h. The machine combines the ease of use of a compact digital solvent printer with the benefits of Mutoh UV inkjet technology such as VOC free inks, zero drying time, minimal operator attention and maintenance.”
Magco has made a considerable investment in refurbishing and expanding its showroom facilities. “At over 900m2 it is double the previous size and means that our customers can view our full range of printers, cutters and laminators,” continued Magliozzi. “It means we can also accommodate our new training courses which include vehicle wrapping and design for wraps.”
Magco has been in operation since 1977 and supply equipment, consumables, plastics, media and accessories to the sign, display and print market in Ireland.
