McGowan’s completes expansion

McGowan’s has completed a huge mezzanine floor at its premises in Ballymun to cater for the growth in bespoke kitting requirements of major retailers and multiple-store brands. The addition of this new facility is designed to compliment and expand the company’s current print solutions for the retail sector by adding additional value to its product portfolio.
McGowan’s is now one of the country’s leading suppliers of POS/POP solutions. Tony Roe, MD of the company, said: “The new mezzanine floor was put in to accommodate a specific kitting and fulfilment area which will be used to make up packs for retailers such as Aldi, Debenhams and Dunnes Stores to name just a few. In addition new automated gluing lines and shrink-wrapping resources have been installed to allow McGowan’s to kit out products such as dump bins, posters, floor graphics and mobiles, along with standard promotional flyers and other such items.”
