A fourth generation mild solvent ink range known as UMS is now available from Mutoh for its installed-base of mild solvent printers as well as its ValueJet series. The ink, available in one-litre bottles and 440ml cassettes, replaces the Mutoh MS and MS+ mild solvent inks.
UMS inks, which cover 83% of the Pantone C colour chart, have an outdoor UV resistance of up to three years without lamination. They are virtually odour-free and don’t require any forced ventilation.
