Radwen Tekaya has joined Pixartprinting’s management team as director of customer care. A new recruitment drive is also planned at the company before the end of the year, with the aim of shortening response times.
Heading a department that has been TÜV-certified for some time, Tekaya will oversee a team of 80, who respond to customers’ requests from across Europe in Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.
