Reprocentre adds new Mactac substrates to its product portfolio
The Reprocentre has introduced a new range of products from Mactac for the wide-format digital print sector. The new products are designed to enhance Reprocentre’s portfolio of digital vinyl and laminates.
Bernard Hoey, sales executive at Reprocentre, said: “The new Digital Imagin media for wide-format printing are all suitable for solvent, eco-solvent, UV and latex inks and all the profiles can be down loaded from the Mactac website. They include Mactac JT 5629 PM Cast Vinyl, which is excellent for vehicle wrapping with a specially formulated adhesive for the northern Europe market. The other main grade is from Mactac’s floor graphic range, the Permaflex PF 6300 Series. This covers the widest range of floor graphic applications from one to nine months duration and also an exterior product, Mactac Street Wrap which can be applied on to ash felt and concrete surfaces.”
Reprocentre has also begun to develop Mactac’s Architectural speciality inkjet media including WW 100 for wall Wraps and brick surfaces, WW 200 which has a removable and repositionable adhesive for wall posters, WW 300 designed for wall graphics with a permanent aggressive adhesive and Deco Texture, a textured paper backed vinyl Suitable for wall-papering.
“The other new lines are all over laminates,” continued Hoey. “These include Mactac LAG 100 which has a satin finish and is suitable for anti-graffiti on any 3D application and Mactac Permafun range which is available in six new finishes. This new product range in particular gives a fresh look to the surface finish and also added value and appeal to a clients finished print.”
